Why do they always say that the actor/actress is moving up in the ladder of progess when he/she goes from South Indian Film Industry to Bollywood and Hollywood? Why not the other way round(even though i have not seen it happen till now)? What makes Bollywood and Hollywood THE mark of an actor/actress? I dont get it!!!!
